- When Advance Payment is Required: If a customer profile shows a low delivery completion rate, any fraud reports, previous uncollected parcels, or suspicious ordering activity, advance payment for delivery charges or the order total must be made before processing the shipment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Partners: Orders are delivered via third-party courier services across Bangladesh (e.g., Steadfast, Pathao, RedX).
Delivery Timelines:

- Outside Dhaka: Typically 3–5 working days.
