1. Delivery & Live Inspection
- Inspect Upon Delivery: We strongly request that you open and inspect your parcel in front of the courier delivery representative.
- Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged item, wrong size, or incorrect product, please take a photo/video immediately and return the parcel to the delivery person. We will replace the item promptly at no additional cost to you.
- Post-Delivery Claims: If you discover any manufacturing defect, size issue, or problem after receiving the parcel, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Returns & Customer Preferences
- If you wish to return a product simply because you changed your mind or do not like the item upon delivery, you may return it immediately to the delivery person.
- Please note that in such cases, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the courier delivery charge.
3. Product Color Accuracy
- We make every effort to display our product colors as accurately as possible.
- However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to natural lighting during mobile photography, camera settings, or individual screen display settings.
4. Customized & Custom-Fitted Orders
- Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned once ordered.
- You must pay in full for customized items in advance, and payment is non-refundable. Please confirm your sizing and specifications carefully before placing a custom order.
